I can not recommend Chris any higher! My family was looking to purchase a new construction home, and we were 'shopping' for a realtor who had experience dealing with all the nuances that come with building a home from scratch. Before he was even officially our real estate agent, he provided me with a wealth of knowledge and things to look out for, things to research, etc - and I knew immediately that he should be the one to help us through this highly-involved process. He explained everything in great detail and with great patience every step of the way, while always having our best interests at hand, while also educating us on everything happening behind the scenes.

We just purchased our first house this June '17 and are so happy to have worked with Chris. We moved from NYC to Chester, NY and he helped us through the entire process of buying and building a home. While showing us the different model homes the builder had available, he even went above and beyond and brought us to his own personal home, which was built by the same builder we were buying from. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the house and took the time to explain everything, including the workings of the Septic System and Well Water System (which coming from the city, we knew nothing about). He assisted us with every issue along the way and is very personable, easy to get in contact with and trust worthy. He was definitely our comfort during this exciting, though sometimes, stressful experience. He was extremely thorough during his inspection of the final walk through and noticed things that required attention, that we didn't even notice. During our closing, he was even sweet enough to entertain our 3 year old son :) Can't say enough about how wonderful he is to work with. He's definitely someone you want to invite over for a BBQ :) Even after moving in, I still reach out to him for advice.
