Chris gave us excellent advice throughout the selling process. His connections resulted in showings the minute the listing hit the internet. In 5 days we had 30 showings and 13 offers! Chris went above and beyond when problems arose after we had moved away- negotiating with seller's agent, contacting neighbors and lawyer to resolve the problem.

My family and I have used Christopher's services in the past, which says a lot about his reliability and trustworthiness. Christopher was extremely professional at all times and very efficient and effective. He understood the local market and was accurate with the appraised value. He provided insight on how to increase the value of the property, while minimizing the cost of improvements. He made recommendations of contractors upon request and never pressured me at any time like some real estate agents have a tendency to do. He was able to find a half dozen buyers within days of the listing in a difficult market - many of whom met the asking price with several of them exceeding it.
