Chris was great to work with. We especially valued his genuine interest in taking the time to make sure we understood everything and had answers to any and all questions. This was a new construction house, which was a new process for us. We had some difficulties with our builder but Chris defended our interests and helped us make several customizations to the house. He was patient even though we probably weren't the most straightforward clients. He also sold our old house (above asking) and coordinated the closings so we could move straight in to the new one. Can't thank him enough - we're so happy with our new house!

We met Chris Ogden when he showed us a property we had seen on Zillow. We are reasonably experienced (city) buyers and did not have a broker. The property at that time was an empty lot with renderings and plans for a build. Thanks to Chris, we bought the property, and have recently moved in.

This was the first time we had been involved with building a house, and Chris was very helpful guiding us through the process. He is knowledgeable about building a property from scratch, had worked previously with the builder, Anthony Buonsignore, and showed us properties Anthony had already built so we could see the quality of the work. Chris had shown us another property and we could see that he worked with other quality builders, too. Chris listened, answered our questions, helped us in the initial meeting with Anthony, and gave us the confidence to negotiate and make an offer. We have really enjoyed working with him, and everyone to whom he referred us.

Anthony Buonsignore has built us a really beautiful house and has been a pleasure to work with. Throughout, he listened, guided us, made good decisions, was transparent, responsive, knowledgeable, and inspired our trust. His hard-working team completed the house on time, as planned, and we got to make some choices along the way. After living in the house, it is clear he really cares about every aspect of the build: the citing; the materials, finish, quality; and the experience of what it will be like living there. We can not recommend him more highly.

Chris made the process of selling our condo very easy! We were very impressed with his knowledge of the market and all the research he did. He was very upfront and honest about the whole process and what it would entail and really made everything and simple and easy as it could be! Would definitely recommend him!
