Chris gave us excellent advice throughout the selling process. His connections resulted in showings the minute the listing hit the internet. In 5 days we had 30 showings and 13 offers! Chris went above and beyond when problems arose after we had moved away- negotiating with seller's agent, contacting neighbors and lawyer to resolve the problem.

Christopher was extremely professional at all times and very efficient and effective. He understood the local market and was accurate with the appraised value. Chris helped us realize our dream of buying a brand new single-family house.
